At the heart of the BARTEC Pixavi Phone is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 Octa-Core 2.2 GHz with 64 GB of onboard storage and 4 GB of LPDDR4X RAM.

There’s also a slot for an additional MicroSD card to add up to 128 GB SDXC (UHS-1) storage, or to install a second SIM card in place of the SD.

There are all the usual sensors packed inside the ultra-slim case: accelerometer, magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, plus GPS, Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4/5 GHz 802.11a/g/b/n/ac Wi-Fi.

Is the BARTEC Pixavi Phone the best on the market?

The BARTEC Pixavi can certainly lay claim to being one of the most intrinsically safe smartphones on the market, as well as one of the sleekest designs in its class.

In addition to its Zone 1/21 ATEX/IECEx and NEC Class I Div 1 certification, the Pixavi Phone claims to be the lightest and slimmest intrinsically safe phone currently available, with a market-leading screen size.

With its rugged, explosion proof case and list of other safety features, BARTEC says the Pixavi Phone is “purpose engineered for the strictest EX requirements”.
