Dear All,

Considering the current fast changing nature of the Coronavirus ‘COVID-19’ outbreak, Cable Systems Ltd would like to update you with the following information.

Our response plan has been put in place to ensure we are able to continue to operate whilst protecting our employees, customers and suppliers.

Our offices and workshops remain open and will be operating with a reduced capacity. The remainder of staff will be working from home to ensure our daily operations as a company are still performed.

We have ensured that we have the resources for the majority of our office-based staff to work from home where possible. Our robustly managed systems mean that our office-based staff can work from home and fulfil their complete functions in a predominately uninterrupted manner. Our IT systems are fully backed up and managed/supported through our IT infrastructure.

You can still contact our staff who will be working from home and who all have laptops and secure network connections at home to ensure they continue to function in the usual way. This forms part of our standard Business Continuity Plan.

You can email our personnel:

Currently, we have cancelled face to face meetings and visits. Unfortunately, we will not be able to visit any customers or suppliers in person but have the facility to carry out video calls. All team members have access to screen sharing and conference call software which means we can hold and attend virtual meetings as normal without the need to travel or meet in person.

We’re actively working with the manufacturers to ensure continued availability of product throughout this period. However, there may inevitably be some items that suffer extended lead times.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience or delays due to this unprecedented event and any impact on our services will be managed effectively as possible. We continue to monitor this moving situation.

The health and safety of our employees, suppliers and customers is our highest priority, along with providing support and a continued service for our customers.

Kind regards

The Cable Systems’ Team
