Eaton’s Crouse-Hinds series MEDC DB20 Loudspeaker range is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. Suitable for marine and both onshore and offshore environments in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries.
They meet the requirements for public address, voice alarm (evacuation) and background music and can generally operate as stand-alone units, or as part of 100 or 70 Volt line systems.
Stainless steel fixings ensure corrosion resistance. The body and cover are manufactured from a UV-stable glass reinforced polyester (GRP) and the flare is manufactured from UV-stable ABS.
